Damokos Dénes Mansion Cernat

The Damokos Dénes mansion is standing in the centre of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the fortress church. The building opens up opposite the main entrance with four column gateposts. On its right side were standing the big stable, the cart - and  garage shed once, on the left side the cowshed and the stable and on the western and eastern side a large barn. Nothing was left  of these today. The buiding were demolished and houses were built on their place, thus the former spacious yard being minimized and the ancient monument building is nipped between block houses. Nowadays the mansion hosts the local government and the village hall of the commune.
